It was a lot of fun working for AT&T prior to the acquisition of directv. They had a lot of competing interests after that as they pushed to become an “entertainment” company. They spent a lot of money on these initiatives and began finding ways to pay people less. Went through a massive restructure during Covid that created cannibalistic sales practices between departments. Hoping it’s better now, left in 2021.

Constant change in direction overall base and module is good if you have been in the role. New sellers usually get the leftovers and aren't set up for success. If you can make it past all the hurdles in the beginning you will be fine.
