AT&T Business Org is going through major changes, including new systems that are very buggy and make doing the job very difficult. There has also been significant quota increases while limiting the products we get compensated for. The top TEAMS currently are only hitting >70% of quota. I would expect a significant amount of people leaving due to the stress or being managed out due to performance. I imagine once all the changes are made and people are managed out of the business that things will get better, but right now its not somewhere you'd want to be.

My experience so far has been solid. I went through the B2B training program in Dallas, which was trial by fire as we started with around 40 and ended with about 20, but I learned how to prospect and sell well.
