There have been a lot of changes to comp structure putting more on the sellers without improving the systems and structures for the sellers to use.

The company cut $10 from base salary no matter if yours was 50k or 110k, product values that went toward quota were reduced so you had to sell more. They keep making payroll mistakes over paying then letting you know months later they are taking it back.

If you don’t like your job at AT&T don’t worry it will change in six months!! Get used to the word reorg it’s happens very often. If your not found of you leadership no worries it changes at least once a year.
