Former Employee AT&T was a great place to start my sales career but all and all now that I’ve left, I realize how toxic I their culture is. You are always on edge not knowing if you’ll be laid off. There is almost no transparency into the business, lots of shady sellers and management are grindy sales managers which is coming from the top. Although grateful for the experience, I’m glad I left.
