Good experience, but there was some shadiness when finalizing quota because there were years where my quota would be adjusted 11 months into the year.

Constant change in direction overall base and module is good if you have been in the role. New sellers usually get the leftovers and aren't set up for success. If you can make it past all the hurdles in the beginning you will be fine.

Change is good. The problem with ATT is that they make changes every year as they try to figure out the best way to squeeze productivity and fear into the sales staff. 2% of sales overachieve targets consistently due to networking or inbound leads. 40% are in performance plan of some type.
