Current Employee3.6Sep 5, 2025Had a terrible conclusion after I graduated the B2B program they placed me into a new org called BCS and cut our base to 42k and make us full time door knockers. Also the B2B director is the worst leader I have ever seen in my life.

There are no COLA raises. Performance based raises cap at 5%. Benefits are abysmal for a company this size. There is no equity given.
