Current Employee Top performing AE here, recently promoted to Sales Manager. Here are my pros and cons
Pros:
-most of what we offer is relevant in any market and any industry
-if you are a top performer you can make really good money with very little experience
Cons:
-Company is not profitable and it shows. They're stingy with credits and cut everyone's salary by 10K
-A lot of turnover because the training is terrible. You need to come in knowing B2B and even then you need to ramp up quickly.
-Every lead is self sourced, zero inbound flow and zero leads from marketing for 90% of sales roles.
All in all not a bad company to work for, but a lot of people in charge of decisions only look at the financials and not the impact of cuts. They do not really know what they are doing. Browse Other Reviews
