The interview process is horrendous. Will take many weeks to months to hear back. Once selected for interview, the feedback takes several weeks as well. Company is okay, decent product.

Hiring is killing attainment for sales reps. Split patches, higher quota. 5% overachieving 10% hitting quota, 80% of reps below 50% The attrition is starting to kick in. Most who hit Presidents 3-4 year vets who have best accounts best patches.
