Hiring is killing attainment for sales reps. Split patches, higher quota. 5% overachieving 10% hitting quota, 80% of reps below 50% The attrition is starting to kick in. Most who hit Presidents 3-4 year vets who have best accounts best patches.

They had their time, company has gone down hill internally since hiring a little man to sit at the top. Shrinking territories, higher quotas and terrible at pushing out new products
