Abnormal as a product is great. However, leadership undervalues the new and legacy competition. Leadership feels very drink the kool aid and hiring practices are odd. Territories have run dry without legitimate basic marketing support and were threatened to lose accounts if we don’t touch every single one. They’re too focused on the IPO to actually be honest about what a mid market selling motion should be. I don’t hate it here but not a long term place due to culture alone.

Company is starting to get big, with a lot of the middle management being extremely out of touch, providing zero value, maximum drain on the reps.

This company is an absolute rocket ship. Great leadership, great technology, and great people. The email security market is a little crowded but if you’re a good headhunter once you get in front of a prospect and can get into a POC the tech sells itself.
