Excellent place to work. We’ve built an excellent training program, and some of the earliest reps are still here crushing it. We have a good club and top performer reward system. Senior leadership is very engaged in the business, helps get deals done, and understands how to pitch the product. Multiple ways to get deals done, strong product market fit, and massive TAM. Just focus on the right things, learn how the company works, and PG hard. If you do that, this place is heaven.

Abnormal as a product is great. However, leadership undervalues the new and legacy competition. Leadership feels very drink the kool aid and hiring practices are odd. The quota was increased and the number of accounts we are supporting was cut. Also introduced territory qualified pipeline in our comp which gets paid out at the end of the quarter so we have less comp each month (besides the last month of the quarter)
