I was working for the Pinterest project at Accenture. We were paid a lot less than the direct Pinterest employees even though we often had more product knowledge as we were given the more challenging accounts. From what I saw, Pinterest is a great company. Accenture Ireland is not.

The new leadership pushed hard on cost cutting and focus only on large accounts which are managed by the stale account leads.

ok, leadership gone down, everyone from India brought in to squeeze all cost, they stop all promotion and only give to their counterparts.
