The new leadership pushed hard on cost cutting and focus only on large accounts which are managed by the stale account leads.

Accenture is an amazing place to learn how large enterprise organisations make buying decisions. It isn’t made for your typical top performers. No outreach, all relationships, which are commoditised at the highest level of the firm.
