Current Employee Enjoy working here and the team (colleagues). Incentives make quota fairly easy to hit but regular OTE (without winning internal sales competitions) after a maxed-out quota is still below market rate base pay. Base pay is very low and promotions are hard fought for only a few percentage points to 13% increase. If base was higher (OTE is dependent on base) and promotions had a more substantial increase, working here would be great.
