Pay is incredible but they expect hours and effort. There is zero work/life balance up through SMDs. Support on opportunities is great but have to ask. Training is non-existent for experienced hires. Getting net new customers on the board is near impossible. Have to prove that $10M in spend is on the docket immediately.

Very difficult for lateral moves, Constant change in KPI and incentive structure every quarter. Not incentivised to hit multipliers. Workload and Targets close to client FTE. Great friendly team members and Hybrid work is a plus. Great place to start working with top vendor programs but way off from market rates in all markets.
