Accenture is an amazing place to learn how large enterprise organisations make buying decisions. It isn’t made for your typical top performers. No outreach, all relationships, which are commoditised at the highest level of the firm. Leadership genuinely prefer people who have other day jobs (I.e consultants, engineers) to do traditional selling. Sales titles are RFP and internal process workers

Accenture's sales cultue is a hyper competitve nightmare. Managing Directors competing with sellers for credit on deals and throwing weight around. Too many coaches not enough players.
