They could not pay their bills so the PE firm, Francisco Partners, took over ownership a few months ago and made significant changes to the workforce laying off entire teams. Something like 30-40% of the U.S. workforce.

Just run away. A product that has not been ready for 2+ years.Basically selling snake oil. Leadership is oblivious to what really goes on and how sales works. In 3 years I have not a single person has made OTE even with hitting quota since we are focused on customer accounts and only really paid on new logo.
