Good stop for second BDR/SDR role. BDR is pure outbound and SDR is pure inbound with quota attainment for BDRs around 50% on a good month but typically lower. Very aggressive growth targets and BDR quota was just raised without any change to compensation. Overall good environment but little training and more of a make your own path role.

My overall experience was that they don’t care about you a person just what you can do to help them make money. The product was good and was easily sell able but when they cut everyone’s pay and gave us more to do it got ridiculous.
