Company shift is towards outbound deals as there has been a lack of inbound leads. Expect to cold call clients weekly. Not for anyone is does not want to outbound prospects.

It is a solid company that has a great product fit for law firms since they have been slow adopters to technology. If you can hit your targets, you will get paid fairly. The problem is they have their quota too high and there is a wide variety of people either crushing it or struggling. Hoping this will change.

Decent company but leads and MQL are getting fewer and fewer. Base pay needs to be higher.

As an XDR quota has severally been mismanaged. It is too hard to hit since moving to a points structure instead of a meetings booked structure. Only about 10 to 20 reps hit quota.
