Lots of changing were happening internally when i first started, including changes in leadership. Was tough to navigate without having the proper leadership in place, but as time went on more resources were available to ensure success in the role. Great company, great mission, great leader. Great company, due to the acquisition the compensation structure was changed multiple times in a short amount of time in an attempt to replicate the US structure.
