The primary driver of this change was a poor sales forecast and unrealistic budget. This was validated with a significant reduction in sales budget for 2025. The IC Plan has also been significantly adjusted and now reflects incentives/de-incentives for KPI attainment - for example - hit 12 meetings per week average in 13 weeks or get a deduct from IC earnings.

Excellent Product, but company full of burn out staff who is just passing time. after getting sold many times, the passion is long gone. Good stable income
