The primary driver of this change was a poor sales forecast and unrealistic budget. This was validated with a significant reduction in sales budget for 2025. The IC Plan has also been significantly adjusted and now reflects incentives/de-incentives for KPI attainment - for example - hit 12 meetings per week average in 13 weeks or get a deduct from IC earnings.

Sales management is constantly instilling fear to gain compliance. There is a click Internally, those who could do no wrong, even though they do. If you’re not part of that click, you will struggle getting support, equipment and positive constructive feedback.
