Changes over COVID-19 have negatively impacted the company. Employees are friendly and approach to diversity is great. Employee churn is increasing, management and enablement teams are becoming out of touch with competition and market. More stability in HR and marketing teams, tech and sales teams less so.

Lack of GTM awareness from executive leaders over the past few years has led to dried up pipeline and visibility in market. Comp plan last two years has been unfavorably slanted towards the company vs the sales rep and has hurt morale and motiviation
