Culture is great but our comp plan is pretty bad. No ramp period for new reps, no spiffs, no accelerators. Commission % dips just as accounts start to scale.

Very good company that is still defining its sales process. There is a lot of turnover. However, if you are good, there is an opportunity to become wealthy and launch your career.
