Akeneo was too optimistic about 2023, resulting in very few reps hitting quota resulting in layoffs. Management seems out of touch with the market; the product is an ideal solution for mid market companies. But C-level presumes it as a full enterprise solution, this is not accurate.

Very few reps in EMEA achieved their quota. Super competitive market with product fit to market expectations depending on the market targeted : commercial or high end accounts.
