good - I've spent a lot of time here and have really enjoyed the opportunities and willingness for upwards mobility. I would say I dealt with some burnout and seasons of high-stress but ultimately have enjoyed working here.

I don't necessarily believe that SDRs are set up for success initially. Enablement is lacking structure, especially in an enterprise selling role.
