I feel unheard by leadership and there is no room for adding your own style to your calls, emails, sequences. There will be a huge cycle of turnover if reps aren’t properly trained and developed.

The head of sales at the time I was there was not required to be in office everyday and lived two states away. The entire team was required daily. This created some friction.
