My overall experience was positive. The incentives were excellent, the camaraderie was strong, and the work environment was outstanding. However, communication and transparency could be improved across all levels. At times, the quota expectations felt a bit high, making success seem challenging. Despite this, I appreciated the supportive atmosphere and the overall opportunities offered.

The team is very diverse, inclusive, and supporting of one another. I can’t express the gratitude I’ve had for the people on this sales team. Together all growing from the ground up. I feel unheard by leadership and there is no room for adding your own style to your calls, emails, sequences. There will be a huge cycle of turnover if reps aren’t properly trained and developed.
