My overall experience was positive. The incentives were excellent, the camaraderie was strong, and the work environment was outstanding. However, communication and transparency could be improved across all levels. At times, the quota expectations felt a bit high, making success seem challenging. Despite this, I appreciated the supportive atmosphere and the overall opportunities offered.

The team is very diverse, inclusive, and supporting of one another. The training on the industry and the tools used are unorganized and leaves you feeling unprepared, however, everyone provides constructive feedback and are more than willing to sit down and help out.
