The company was a market leader in the MDR space. Since the acquisition, Fortra hasn’t provided the same leadership and investment in order to grow and maintain their position and brand recognition. They need to invest in the product and service together with their employees to ensure they can begin to regain some of the market.

Alert Logic was a great company to work for, but when it came under new ownership aka Fortra things changed. Things turned for the worst under the Fortra management team, which ultimately led to the Alert Logic reduction of workforce.

At Alert Logic in 2023, no reps hit quota which wasn’t even an option on RepVue. The company was acquired by Fortra, whose leadership can only be described as incompetent and uniformed at best.
