Great overall company and culture. When I was there, SMB AEs were expected to do 3 jobs in one with little support: BDR, AE, SE. My direct manager was useless, most of the time antagonising me and using scare tactics. A true culture of fear rather than support. Great product though. My experience might have been different on another team

Very few people hitting annual or even quarterly quota. Too many sales people and not enough prospects to go around (that, combined with very savvy competitors like Bloomreach and Constructor that are taking market share).
