no GTM motion. total mess internally. overpromise, underdeliver. extremely high turnover. good product, terrible sales org

It’s a grind and the brand recognition isn’t good when though the product is good in the enterprise space. They’re trying to prove out a mid market fit now as well and it’s difficult going down market with a high average sale price. Leadership is smart and committed but there’s no inbound lead flow, sales cycles are long, and they’re almost 100% self sourced.
