Current Employee Very few people hitting annual or even quarterly quota. Too many sales people and not enough prospects to go around (that, combined with very savvy competitors like Bloomreach and Constructor that are taking market share). The only sales people hitting quota are the extremely lucky. Lot of people jumping ship (i.e. VP of Sales in EMEA, top strat AE, and a lot of other AEs and people across the sales org - even the two founders left the company last year for reasons unknown).
