Current Employee A big challenge with quality inbounds, particularly more so. Quality of BDR support has drastically declined, and only 1-2 people across the mid-market segment alone have a shot at hitting their annual goal. Fairly promising promotion path for those going from SMB to mid-market, but extremely rare for a promotion path from mid-market to enterprise. Challenges with pricing as Algolia is known to be one of the most competitive options. Different goals communicated by executive leadership vs those in direct management roles.
