It was great to get a wide variety of experience but the pay was low, the commissions were setup weird, I was also doing a lot of non sales projects, not easy to move up. This role also made it very difficult when trying to go to other companies because of how the job morphed over time and the comp plans changed.

With the acquisition from Harris, the company has tightened the cost of development and compensation to ensure profits are there.

My overall experience was terrible. Hard to Make money. Most importantly, the sales Leadership team lacks experience. It is a toxic environment with very little room to make money.
