Great product and good overall culture. Slow to weed out toxic leadership and unrealistic ramp for new reps.

It's been decent, seems to be improving with the new GTM but the new comp plan is complicated and time will tell. The incentives of the plan make sense though (penalize insane discount giveaways which were a huge problem). Tons of reps were desperate with "negotiations," offering an entire free year to bait a quick signature before customers even pushed back on...Read More
