Leadership is outstanding. Quotas are attainable but still challenging enough to keep things exciting. The sales team… I couldn’t ask for a better group of people. The support system here is incredible...both mentally and competitively. The product-market fit is the strongest I’ve ever sold into. That said, the MSP channel isn’t for everyone... Cross-department collaboration? Incredible. Everyone’s aligned and working toward the same goal. I’ve read some of the “poorly” rated reviews and, honestly, I’m shocked. They don’t reflect my experience or the reality of this company at all.

To be completely transparent. This company is really good at pretending they have it all figured out. First week in you realize all the red flags. Constant meetings with CEO, no HR, people getting called out and embarrassed in front of colleagues in meetings. No actual training provided. Lots of junior employees which reflects sales. Leadership is incredible here - nothing I have every experienced at previous SaaS companies. Coaching/Training/Resources available at any given moment. The transparency from ELT is refreshing and the communication across departments is unmatched. Inbounds are quality leads, which generate healthy pipeline Teammates...literally the best.
