To be completely transparent. This company is really good at pretending they have it all figured out. First week in you realize all the red flags. Constant meetings with CEO, no HR, people getting called out and embarrassed in front of colleagues in meetings. No actual training provided. Lots of junior employees which reflects sales. Product and development team has no clue what they are doing. You’re stepping into a product that has a billion bugs a day and find out by your clients. Boys club not a men’s club. Get out or run as fast as you can!
