Many teams have few if any reps hitting quota, however, and I'd guess maybe a third of all reps hit their numbers, if that. Current Employee2.7Jan 12, 2024It just continues to get worse. Leadership leaves the entire sales org flabbergasted by the terrible moves and hires, not to mention the lying straight to AE's faces. Nothing but Clari and forecast calls. Note to management: if you need to constantly do forecast calls with your reps, you obviously aren't part of the deal, which is your job.
