Company 2 years ago was entirely different. Starting FY23 things started taking a turn for the worst. Leadership's guidance to Investors were overly bullish which lead to back to back layoffs. Company eventually sold private equity and resulted into large reorg. Company is growing by decreasing discounting to larger customers which is driving unhappy customers.

Good place to start and entry level role in sales. Still questionable about upward mobility and internal promotion. Good base pay, decent culture, and healthy compensation plan. It’ll be interesting to see how leadership and vision for the company changes, if at all, to tackle the challenges they faced in 2023. Overall, good company to work for.
