This literal moving of the goalposts is frustrating. Base pay appears to vary wildly depending on senority.

Former Employee2.9Jan 8, 2025It was a good first job out of college with high earnings for my YOE, but very little incentive to sell as commission structure is poor. My new role you can easily 3x your base salary, when at Amazon I would get 25% of my base in additional commissions.
