My overall experience in Amazon ads has been rewarding, however leadership goals and quota attainment is rarely Transparent, with quota changing from H1 to H2, despite having full-year attainment goals. This literal moving of the goalposts is frustrating. Base pay appears to vary wildly depending on senority.
