It was good but management could be better . I did like this sales organization and their training helped me achieve but the challenges I faced was with the managers .

Would not recommend for your long term career development. In terms of starting off great for 3-6 months but skillset plateaus after this point.

You might be able to hit your target, but your compensation is not based on hitting your target. Everyone is given a base and then RSUs / bonus structure for the first 4 years. I far exceeded by quota in Y1 but since it was my first year they did not offer bonuses or additional compensation. A lot of room for improvement with management and culture.
