Rapidly growing BU and great customers. People want to use your product. Limited upward potential as hiring and role expansion has slowed. Compensation is salary + stock with essentially no commission or additional pay.

Like goose eggs, not very exciting, leadership was annoying, hard to deal with and overall satisfaction was low. Amazon is a great company and the people are smart. It all depends on how you actually fit in with everyone that will either set you up for success or not.

Great company, not really an incentive structure currently as it's a combination of base, bonus (goes away after year 2) and then RSUs.
