Poor leadership, poor management, poor comp structure. Extreme micromanagement on daily call volume is all that matter to them.

Quite good, it helped launch my career in sales and more specifically account management. It was the tried and tested structure of the company, that made it all kinda work in my opinion. Executive leadership had more than just a strategy, but a roadmap that the strategy fed into.
