Amplitude was a great place to work. It no longer is. New leadership has come in and changed culture, territories and compensation plans. New leadership is aggressive, lead based from a place of fear, are unqualified, and disingenuous. Culture is no longer welcoming and top performers are leaving each week. Paychecks are low and morale is even lower as the new CRO and VP run Amplitude into the ground.
