Do not join the sales team at this time. The culture is in the toilet. Management is awful. Way too much busy work. Not enough support to help get deals done. Most of the experienced reps are seeing the writing on the wall if they haven't left already. Unless you're using the position to buy time until you find you next job, I don't think joining Amplitude is worth the trouble.
