Quota is insanely high for a company that moved from a compliance play to a value play (but kept the quota exactly the same). It’s completely within reason to say my entire sales team will miss their annual quota unless significant changes occur. OTE vs Quota is 10x or more for all teams.

This company changes frequently. Lack of processes. Lack of support for sales teams. Sales leadership is focused on profit over paying their reps fairly. Change of value prop frequently.
