Overall the environment at Anaconda is very unique, great people, but product fit is mediocre and they had relied on compliance to grow sales now need to pivot and its a hectic time.

Compliance based sale that starts customer relationships off poorly. Legal gets involved in most deals and drags out the sales cycle. Be ready for the popularity contest with your manager and sales leadership.

Skeleton crew so you end up doing 3 other people’s jobs. Sales structure is to shake down current customers or enforce Terms of Service (not selling,threatening). Future growth nonexistent.
