Horrible leadership not just in the sales org but throughout the company. Nobody seems to have a common vision or definition of success. Departments are pitted against each other due to lack of engagement. Weirdly sales is less valuable at this company than CS and it shows

Anyone currently interviewing for a sales role understand that the promises the sales department have made to AEs have not been met after those AEs join the company. Some AEs promised mid-market and then essentially demoted to Commercial Account Executive.
