Current Employee Anaplan has changed tremendously from a public company through the private acquisition, while it is understandable the economy has played a major role in those changes, the entire confidence of the org is shaky at best. I believe in the execution strategies and the product is top-notch but the sense of community and unity is hardly there anymore and I simply don't know how you build a winning culture when people feel so disconnected and expendable.
